Bourbon, vanilla and chlorophyll are immediate but as it opens up you get a very grown up rummy note, it smells like all rums should aspire to smell, strong vanilla, jungle and gently rotting fruit. Cold, clean and light. Gently spiritous notes with really complex rooty spices, roasted chicory and burnt caramel. Bone dry vanilla and good damn sherry.
