This Anejo was aged in ex-American Oak whiskey barrels, which gives it a very light colour and does not present heavy wood notes. The nose offers honey, butter, and toasted agave notes, creating a light caramel sweetness on the palate. perfectly balanced for sipping.

The agave is harvested at 6 years old using a traditional Tahona and open-air fermentation. The product is additive-free and Kosher certified.
